TACO RING


Ingredients:

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. brown 3/4 lb lean ground beef
  3. in a bowl, combine beef, taco seasoning mix, cheese and water
  4. unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles
  5. arrange triangles in a circle on round baking stone or cookie sheet with wide ends overlapping in the center and the points towards outside (there should be a five ince diameter opening in center)
  6. using a spoon, scoop meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle
  7. bring points of triangles up and over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring (filling will not be completely covered)
  8. bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

  9. using a v-shaped cutter, cut off top of bell pepper
  10. discard top, membranes and seeds
  11. fill pepper with salsa
  12. shred lettuce and chop tomato using a knife
  13. chop onion and slice olives
  14. place bell pepper in the center of ring
  15. arrange lettuce, tomato, onion, and olives around the pepper
  16. garnish with sour cream
  17. to serve, cut with knife
