SPINACH DIP
Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs chopped spinach (10 oz)
- 6 oz jalepeno cheese (8 oz block)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- worchestershire sauce (to taste)
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup canned milk
- 1/2 cup liquid from cooked spinach
Directions- cook spinach, reserving 1/2 cup liquid for sauce
- drain well
- make cream sauce (using ingredients below line break in list above)
- add cheese to cream sauce
- season mixture
- add spinach to mixture
- mix well
- heat in oven at 350 until it bubbles
