SPINACH DIP


Ingredients:

• 2 pkgs chopped spinach (10 oz)
• 6 oz jalepeno cheese (8 oz block)
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp celery salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• worchestershire sauce (to taste)

• 1/4 cup margarine
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup canned milk
• 1/2 cup liquid from cooked spinach

1. cook spinach, reserving 1/2 cup liquid for sauce
2. drain well
3. make cream sauce (using ingredients below line break in list above)
4. add cheese to cream sauce
5. season mixture
6. add spinach to mixture
7. mix well
8. heat in oven at 350 until it bubbles
