YEAST ROLLS


Ingredients:

Directions
  1. Heat milk to boiling
  2. Add sugar, shortening and salt
  3. Stir
  4. Put flour in large bowl
  5. Drop 2 eggs in the middle of flour
  6. Pour in cool milk
  7. Add the package of yeast that has been mixed with lukewarm water to let yeast disolve
  8. Mix well by hand or with beaters
  9. let rise for 3-4 hours until it reaches the top of the pan. (Be sure to grease pan so dough can rise.)
  10. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
