HOT FUDGE SAUCE
Ingredients:
- 2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Additional half-and-half
Directions- Melt chocolate chips in 1/2 cup half-and-half over very low heat, stirring frequently
- Remove from heat
- Stir in vanilla
- Thin with additional half-and-half if desired
- Serve warm over ice cream or pound cake
- Refrigerate left-overs
