BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg (14.5 oz) blueberry nut quick bread mix
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips, divided
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
Directions- Heat oven to 350
- Grease bottom only of square pan, 9x9x2 inches
- In medium mixing bowl combine dry mix, sour cream, water, egg, and 1/2 of mini chocolate chips
- Stir until well moistened and blended
- Spread into prepared pan
- Sprinkle topping over batter in pan
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown
Topping- In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter or margarine, until crumbly
- Stir in 1/2 of mini chocolate chips
